Items must come back in its original condition. Return shipping will be your responsibility. Once goods are received, they will be inspected and a full refund (minus your original shipping cost) will be issued immediately.

Almost all of our MESSAGE bracelet's are fully adjustable and will fit most wrist sizes. They will not fall off if adjusted properly. 

To put the message on your MESSAGE bracelet, It’s as simple as popping the message into the base on the bracelet.  When you push it in, you’ll hear a click.

To take it off, you just put your fingers underneath the message and pop it off.

We do accept custom message orders if it is more than 100 pieces.
